There was nothing I liked

The hotel is old and poorly maintained.

You have to carry your luggage from the underground garage to the first floor to the elevator by the stairs. There is no parking space in front of the hotel.

Accommodation conditions are comfortable, the staff is indifferent and does not speak English.

Usually, in chain hotels, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for comfortable stay in the room. It was like this. But you have to request a room with a window into the inner courtyard. The night was sleepless due to the noise from the road outside the window. Breakfast was decent.

Staff. What really surprised me was the unprofessionalism of the employees at Ibis.

I had informed (in writing) in advance about a late arrival at the hotel, and that we needed parking. I was told that the requests were noted, so come on over. But in fact, there was no parking space (we circled around twice). And at the reception, two guys just shrugged. They suggested parking in the neighboring Novotel. I later realized that staying at Novotel was probably worth it.

Problems also arose with room service. Ordering food was very difficult because the employee on the other end of the phone does not speak English, can you imagine?! Plus, there were payment issues as their system was down... in general, I waited for my dinner for over 1 hour. But to be fair, the salad and soup were delicious.

In summary: the staff does not speak English or Russian; they are not competent and completely indifferent.
