The location is good, away from the tourist area but still accessible. It's a 5-star on paper but in need of renovation. Beds and pillows are good.
Needs renovation - most of the items in the room are worn out and need replacement.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel Konya. The hotel was clean, and the staff were courteous and efficient. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious.
Nevertheless, we did encounter some street noise in our room on the 7th floor, which somewhat impacted our comfort throughout the night.
