During my four-night stay at Bera Hotel in Konya, I was generally satisfied. The staff were quite attentive, respectful, and friendly. I did not experience any communication issues.

There were occasional difficulties with the parking, especially for external guests. I believe that a better arrangement should be made in this regard.

Other than that, there were some deficiencies in room cleaning. I think cleaning and room checks should be done more carefully. There were some broken and neglected points in the room; for example, there were cracks and malfunctions in the toilet. Although it was repaired on the last day, these kinds of details need to be checked before the guest arrives.

These are actually minor deficiencies that can be corrected. Overall, I was satisfied with the staff and the atmosphere of the hotel. If I do not choose a different hotel, this could be a hotel I consider for my next reservation.
