Great location, the hotel is just opposite the laundry room, a 1-minute walk away is a super delicious and convenient barbecue stall, walking to the city center is achievable, very quiet street

The hotel is very good in terms of price performance. If you need a place to stay on the way to another place like us, it will be more than enough, but overall we can say it is slightly below the medium level. The hotel staff are very nice people, they gave us a heater to make tea, showed us where the water dispenser was and said we could take as much as we wanted.

We had a relaxing stay. Friendly staff, helpful and quick check-in.
The room and linen were clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was rich, with fresh and good quality products. Excellent value for money for this period and for the location in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the center, waterfront, large park, and grand bazaar. There are several restaurants within walking distance and some shops nearby.
I would stay here again for the next visit to Izmir.
