Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Izmir unfortunately did not fully meet our expectations. We experienced serious issues especially regarding the cleanliness of the room. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the room was below the standards of the hotel.
Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable for us and we struggled to rest comfortably and peacefully throughout the night. This situation negatively impacted the comfort of our stay and our overall vacation experience.
We were expecting a higher level of service and comfort standard from an international hotel brand like Four Points by Sheraton. Due to the problems we encountered, we expect the hotel management to address the situation.
