Everything else was great, everyone working there super friendly and fast service except for the lady at the front desk

Spa area, especially the thermal water

My 2-year-old son drinks warm milk in the morning and evening before going to sleep, and in previous hotels I stayed at, I didn't have to pay anything. They even said they could always help you, and here that was not the case. I was already willing to pay, the lady at the front desk asked right away, she thought I would leave, I didn't like that. Then I asked if it was on the menu because there was no warm milk listed. I asked how much it cost and how she calculated it, she said I could see it on the bill, I know that but still didn't understand how she came up with that amount which I found disappointing, it's not about the price but about being customer-friendly, it's for a 2-year-old baby, you don't normally sell this
