Stay at your own risk….

The pool area looked exactly like it did in the brochures, which was reassuring. The location was also perfect for my needs, as it was close to where I wanted to be in the evening.

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The whole floor and room reeked strongly of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning only made it worse by circulating the smell. The staff at the reception were unwelcoming and seemed arrogant, and the basic service was also poor. The room service application wasn't functioning, the room telephone was out of order, and we were informed that room service was no longer available. The bed was comfortable, but that was the only positive thing. I wouldn't stay here again.
