DrGood location, breakfast is expensive, front desk and bell boys are great but housekeeping is lazy and miserable. No mini-fridge.
Great location and facilities.
Housekeeping is not consistently clean - hair left from previous guests, coffee and tea not replenished, limited towel sizes, poor attitude. Bathroom drains always smell, they only spray air freshener. The issue needs to be resolved.

Very spacious room, selection of restaurants and supermarket below the hotel.
5 mins walk to Metro (Kazim Karabekir) (50 mins to the old city on the Metro).
Staff were great.
Very safe area - not many tourists.
Internet was very slow and variable. Hard to do work if you are depending on wifi - (2 hours to download 140mb of data sometimes).
