Good

The hotel is located in an excellent area, close to all attractions and within walking distance of the trams. It is only 5-10 minutes away from the Blue Mosque, Blue Cistern and Hagia Sophia.

The first room they assigned to me on the top floor with a balcony had not been cleaned properly. I noticed old water stains, a missing curtain, a broken bathroom cabinet, and the bathroom was uncomfortable. I felt itchy all night; there may have been bed bugs. However, when I raised the issue, they were quick to respond and moved me to another perfectly clean room.

The breakfast was disappointing. It wasn't a traditional Turkish breakfast; just some basic bread, processed meat, and biscuits. It's better to skip it and eat at nearby restaurants.

The structure is dilapidated, far from the minimum criteria of habitability. Probably in Italy a similar structure would not receive the permits to open as a lodging facility.

Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff.

Run-down rooms, some very small and not well organized, poor breakfast, a shame because the location of the property deserved better. They should give a makeover to the property.

The photos on booking were misleading...never experienced something like this, a pity!
