The staff, especially Umut and Baran, were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and the food was fantastic.
The air conditioning took a while to cool the room, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but we were still able to have a good night's sleep.

Room was comfortable
They charged me an extra night on my credit card. They assured me it would be refunded but it wasn't. When I called them from my home country a few weeks later to address this issue, they ignored me.
