ChristineStopover Hotel close to IST
- Very friendly staff, easy communication via WhatsApp
- Metro travel time to IST under 20min, metro station can be reached on foot in about 15min
- Numerous restaurants, cafes, shops (including a large LC Waikiki) in the immediate vicinity
- Unbeatable value for money
Although all rooms are non-smoking rooms, it smelled as if smoking had occurred before, especially in carpets and curtains, this very unpleasant smell hangs. I informed the reception about this and apparently the problem is known and being addressed.
Due to the central location, it is quite noisy.
The combination of cigarette smell with closed windows and noise with open windows was unfortunately very unpleasant for me and is the reason for the 'good' rating. I had only booked one night anyway due to my flight connection, but I probably wouldn't have stayed a second night.
Too bad, because without the smell, the hotel would be very good and recommendable.
