Excellent location, lots of nice restaurants nearby and easy to move around to public attractions. Very nice and friendly staff.

Visual design is nice, staff are lovely, especially the gentleman at breakfast and the lady at reception.
The room I stayed in, considered to be the best in the hotel, was UNBELIEVABLY NOISY.
The room, although visually stunning, is impractical; there is nowhere to really put anything away. The security safe is not attached to the wall and is positioned on the bottom shelf where access is difficult. Remember, the hotel is located in one of the party zones of Istanbul, so the noise does not stop until about 4am.
Simply put, if this hotel focused on comfort as much as it did on design, it would be superb.
Simply install SOUNDPROOFING in the rooms.
Oh, did I mention the bed? It's too soft.
When I was finally moved to a quiet twin room at the back of the hotel, the bed was an ideal size for a small, thin person or a child. Not suitable for a person of average height or size.
