The shutters were disconnected, the faucet in the bathroom barely held on.

The staff was friendly, especially Mrs. Feyza.
A 4-star hotel should have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and tidiness. The inventory is damaged and should be replaced. The hotel is in need of serious renovation.
