Daily room cleaning is not done
KasaeiAfter a few months away, I returned to find the flat in a worse condition. I will never book again.
The oven is not working.
The air conditioning is not working.
The shower door is broken, so I could not use the shower on the lower level.
There is a leak from the upper shower into the toilet.
The flat was dirty.
The kettle was not working. I reported it to the receptionist, but no one came to have a look.
