Friendliness of the staff.

The location is perfect. But TRULY perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they will keep your luggage without any problem for as long as you need, and both check-in and check-out are very fast.

The room cleanliness was adequate, but the rest of the hotel not so much. Additionally, right in front, a house or building was demolished, and the views are quite ugly. There is also construction noise and quite a bit of street noise. All this is considering that in the neighborhood all hotels are similar (so it's not uncommon), except for three super luxurious ones. Important note, do not accept the airport transportation service, a taxi or Uber is really cheap.

Location and helpful staff

Perfect for a few nights while sightseeing

The room is large and clean, but needs some repairs, perfect for a few nights. Really great location.

The bathroom was very low, so taller people may feel uncomfortable. Some of the room's equipment needs repair or replacement — when trying to close the curtains, the curtain rod came out, and the table was unstable and wobbly, making it uncomfortable to use.

Fair

We appreciated the location, close to tourist attractions but still quite far from the crowd. The owner was friendly and the room was clean.

The price is attractive.

However, even though the room was clean, the table was completely wobbly, you couldn't lean on it without spilling your glass of water. It took 5 long minutes for the hot water to flow from the shower. The toilet brush handle broke off when we used it. When I tried to close the curtain (which was not blackout), the whole rod fell to the ground. In addition, there is almost no sound insulation and you hear absolutely everything happening in the street as if you were there. And finally, the duvet was too thin to be used without turning on the heating.

If like us, you have a small budget, you will be satisfied with staying there. The metro is a 20-minute walk away and the nearby restaurants were good.
