AnnBoutique hotel located in prime areas
Prime location near bus station and the famous Istikal street. Stunning view from the 6th floor.
Ati welcomed us upon arrival and offered great assistance. The hotel has excellent security measures, with staff stationed at the front desk at all times. The room was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was good.
The air conditioning was quiet and effective, crucial for the hot weather.
Although a small hotel, it features a café on the ground floor offering hot and cold beverages at affordable prices.
There is a lift to access all rooms and a rooftop terrace for city views.
The room included a Nespresso machine, but unfortunately no coffee pods or milk were provided.
While there was a fridge and sink, only one plate and a set of cutlery were available.

The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay, and we found the quality-price ratio to be very good.
The room had no natural ventilation, which made it somewhat overwhelming. In addition, part of the facilities, especially the bathroom, needed some maintenance. External and hallway noises were also easily heard, which detracted from the restfulness of the stay.
