The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean

The hotel is generally well located and pretty.
We had an issue with the room, we were given a key that had problems and sometimes would open and sometimes not (apparently they were already aware of the issue with the room). On the last night, we arrived and couldn't open the door, they made us wait for 3 hours to be able to open the door since 10 pm. When they finally opened it, they gave us a much smaller room than the one we had paid for and didn't refund us any money or compensate us in any way, neither for the smaller room nor for the situation with the bedroom door.
