HayaThe location is good, but there are many other hotels in the area that could offer a much better experience.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket, several restaurants, and a tram stop nearby, making the location very convenient.
First of all, the room wasn't as clean as expected. The cups in the room were very dirty, and there were dried liquid stains on the wall behind the pillows. I also noticed many fingerprints all over the wooden furniture.
Secondly, the hotel advertises a game room, but every time we went to check it out, it was closed throughout our entire three-day stay.
Thirdly, the breakfast on the first day was very disappointing. There was barely any food left, and no one seemed to be refilling anything, even though there were still about 45 minutes left before breakfast ended.
Lastly, the mirrors throughout the room were very dark and didn't provide accurate lighting. They made it difficult to see colors properly, which is especially inconvenient when applying makeup. The lighting in the bathroom, particularly in the shower area, was also very poor and made the space feel quite dark.
Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations for a hotel that is part of the Wyndham hotel chain.
