The receptionist's attention was super special, he helped us with everything, guided us to everything we wanted. He explained everything in great detail. I don't know if his name is spelled correctly, but that's how I remember it, sorry for that. But he is a great guy.

The staff is simply extraordinary, especially Shahzad, who was always kind, helpful, and attentive. They allowed me an early check-in and a late check-out, which I really appreciated.
The location, right in the heart of the Old Town, is excellent and very close to the underground. It is also just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Bazaar. Finally, the view from the rooftop is absolutely spectacular.
I would definitely recommend staying here!
