The reception staff (Murad and Deniz) were very friendly and provided a respectful and comfortable service. The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel's location is excellent, close to Galata Port and a 10-minute walk from Taksim Square.
Reaching the hotel by car is recommended.
There are a long flight of stairs to reach the hotel, and the street is uphill.
The hotel is located between branches in the Beyazit area.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because of the room design. There are rooms with terraces and with baths. The small rooms are also quite nice. Comfortable mattresses everywhere, good water pressure.

It was not possible to have breakfast at the hotel, I missed that a bit. The location was really good. Communication with the hotel worked well. They even sent a message before our arrival, warning that some roads were closed due to a pride parade and advised on the best route to take.
I had to specifically ask for a receipt for payment.
