The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. Dirty floor, food scraps in the fridge, mold on the walls

The price of the stay is very inexpensive
The location is difficult to access with many stairs to climb, and the area is not clean. My main problem was the basement room, which was extremely dirty, smelly, and poorly decorated. Perhaps the rooms upstairs are better, but this was my experience.
