The hotel is in a good location. Close to tram and metro stations.
The staff are polite and nice.
The walls are very thin, everything in the neighboring room could be heard in ours. No hot water.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and we were a bit skeptical at first because the price was slightly lower than that of the surrounding hotels. However, our expectations were exceeded.
The location is excellent—one of the best in Istanbul. The hotel is literally just 150–200 meters from both the tram stop and the Vezneciler metro station, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel deserves the highest praise. Everything was very clean and well maintained. What impressed us the most, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the receptionists to the hotel manager, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
We would especially like to thank the wonderful dear lady in the kitchen, who always welcomed us with a warm smile and happily fulfilled all of our requests. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
