Thank you very much for the great hospitality! Before our arrival, we were concerned about the noise level based on the reviews, however, it was surprisingly quiet. Despite the hotel's central location, we were able to sleep without any issues. (The bar on the ground floor is closed, a cafe will soon be opening there). Our room and bathroom were clean upon arrival. During our stay, breakfast was included and served in the restaurant across from the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, as there was a wide selection available. Furthermore, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Even during check-out, they assisted with carrying our luggage. Despite the short stay, we were very satisfied and would like to thank the entire team once again.

The room cleaning was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was amazing. I can say the most comfortable and best hotel to stay in Taksim.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. We already knew that the location was very good, but the spacious and clean rooms made us feel extra comfortable. The portions at breakfast were a bit large for us, which often resulted in food being left over. We would also like to thank the hotel for cleaning our room every time we requested it.
