Very good and calm area, close to metro and easy access to metro and accessories.
Apart from the bed for sleeping, nothing is working. No internet on the TV, no cutlery.

Good hotel!
Highly recommend!
The hotel is small, easy to find. The hostess is very friendly! There is an elevator and stairs to get to the room. The room itself was very compact, clean. Towels by 2 pieces per person, kettle and cups, paper, shampoo, rubber slippers. There is a small wall-mounted hairdryer, a wardrobe with 2 hangers, a mini-fridge, air conditioner, small balcony to sit on. Upon request, they provided an iron. The bed is comfortable, pillows are firm. No foreign smells. Sweets at the reception desk :) On the first floor, there is a charming dog named Markos. The atmosphere is cozy, feels like women are taking care of the place.
Very close to the metro and shopping area. In walking distance, there are grocery stores, simple cafes. Excellent value for money! $84.2 for 2 nights without breakfast.
In a 18-minute walk, there is Enikapi City Park, a pleasant place to walk by the shore.
The hotel is very close to the metro and the market, matching sounds. We had a balcony door open and it was audible, not so noticeable with the door closed. The balcony view is of trees and the station's territory.
The building itself is tucked into such a cozy corner that when we stumbled upon it, we were slightly startled - there are barracks around. But when we approached the hotel, we relaxed a bit, it's like an oasis in the desert: lovely and well-kept.

We checked in late at the hotel, were warned that we might be late, in response, the TMMA (ok) and when we finally arrived, we were met.
Excellent location. Near the metro, city center, and late at night everything is open. If you think something negative about the area - it's just prejudice. People are responsive (had to look for someone to exchange dollars for lira and small bills for large, and even at 5 in the morning, neighbors helped walk with bags to the metro), and when I was frantically running down the street looking for a lost wheel, the old man selling fruit on the corner tried to help and rummaged in the trash can, and I illuminated him with the phone (we never found the wheel), but in the morning passing by him, we were already greeting each other with a smile 😁
Everything is good, but there is always room for improvement, I think they will manage without my advice and comments).
