Avoid this apartment.

Nothing.

- The apartment is not located where it is marked on the map.

- The listing states that the apartment has a terrace. It turns out the terrace is not private but for general use. However, it does not matter because the terrace is in such a state that it cannot be used: there are food scraps and cigarette butts, everything is covered in bird droppings, and the chairs and tables have not been cleaned for years.

- The apartment is in a terrible condition: torn bed covers, rusty radiators, a toilet flush that is falling off, mold in the bathroom.

- The apartment is very poorly equipped: there are not enough utensils for all residents, there is no dishwashing liquid to clean up after oneself, there are no trash bags. Unfortunately, the owner did not respond to the request to replenish these shortages.

- The apartment was only superficially cleaned: the floor was sticky, the table tops were dirty. Windows, curtains, and sills have not been cleaned for years. Upon arrival, I had to spend 2 hours cleaning it to make it functional.

- I see that different rooms are included in the average rating, maybe the others are in better condition but I recommend avoiding the one I was in.

Everything. I waited 15 min because the hotel was closed at 3 pm. Disgusting room, the bed was not made, there were hair and fur on the bed, in the sink of the bathroom. I had booked a sea view, but I had a view of the street (under construction). Eventually, I booked another hotel. Still waiting for my refund. Misleading photo, do not choose this hotel!!!
