Very quiet, cozy balcony.

KareGreat location, quiet, inexpensive.
Liked the location, next to the old town. The staff speaks Russian. The room on the third floor is pleasant, everything is there. Slippers are provided, different towels, there are bathroom amenities. Cleaning was done. Nearby there is a Sok grocery store, also a nice restaurant Begonville Cafe Restaurant, we ate there most of the time, it is right across from the hotel. Also not far there is a Botamia 1928 Breakfast & Brasserie cafe with Instagram-worthy breakfasts, be sure to try Kurdish coffee, you definitely haven't had anything like it before. Will definitely recommend this hotel. The price is just pennies, and the location is golden.
Recommend changing the toilet seat, these small details can ruin your image. Also, on the third floor, there is a low ceiling in the bathroom, if you are taller than 185 cm, it will be uncomfortable. But this is rather a feature of the room.
