Disappointing

The location was closest to my workplace.
No elevator. No room service. No daily housekeeping. No daily water. No daily change of bed linens and towels. No toiletries. No assistance with luggage. No wardrobe. No safe deposit box.

Disappointing

Friendly staff and excellent location surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants.
The property is in need of renovation and a thorough cleaning. The walls and floor are dirty, with severe cracks in the ceiling above the sofa. The room and bed pillows had a strong cigarette odour. We had to request a duvet as none were provided upon arrival. The sofa bed had cigarette burns. We were given only one towel each for our 4-day stay, and only two power sockets were functional in the room.

Very Poor

Unfortunately, the accommodation does not correspond to the images shown. The whirlpool in the room only worked halfway and only lukewarm water came out. Upon entering the room, there was a large hole in the whirlpool surround. The fireplaces under the TV and on the table did not work at all. The rain shower in the bathroom leaked on all sides. There was a large construction site on the balcony and cables were hanging out of the walls everywhere. The couch had burn marks and the cleaning was done half-heartedly (there was even a condom under the bed).
Unfortunately, the staff does not speak English, which makes communication very difficult.
