AliasFraudulent host! Creates fake reviews with others.
Nothing. The host is fraudulent.
The host received the booking money but didn't allow our group to check in. We had to pay the full amount without being able to check in. When we tried to contact the host, our number was blocked. Later, I tried contacting other customers who had similar experiences, and they all shared the same experience as us. When I reached out to Booking.com for help, even Booking.com said it's all up to the host. The questionable part is, once the host has the booking, they won't allow us to cancel and will wait until the entire amount has been withdrawn. Fortunately, I had a friend in Turkey who helped our group find another lovely place to stay. People say the room is infested with ants and very unclean. The host overcharges for poor reasons. Definitely not recommended for anyone.

- Good restaurants from 9 am and low prices
- Walking distance to many attractions, air conditioning in the room. A very good hotel for this price

Excellent stay at Burak Apart. The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions, and the room was comfortable and clean. Sinan was very kind, available, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the service and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!
