Do not book here, scam!

Nothing.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with Booking. I arrived at the hotel and they told me they didn't have my reservation, even though it was already paid. They didn't give me any solution, just told me to ask for a refund from Booking. I had to look for another place to stay that same day and almost no hotel had availability. After 4 hours, I found a hostel, the only thing available. Do not book here! It's a scam!
