Location is excellent, within walking distance to historical sites, restaurants, shops, and more.
The standout feature for me was the excellent staff, Hasan and Mohammed, who were always available to assist with anything you may need inside or outside the hotel.
This is why I will always choose Seahouse Suites whenever I am in Istanbul.
The only downside is the small reception area, but it was not an issue for me as there are many cafes, restaurants, and seating options in the neighborhood.
