Exceptional

Not enjoyable

Located near Port Ghalat and Basta Restaurant, with a famous dessert shop nearby. Only the superior room has a small balcony in the main building, while the annex building has no balconies. Breakfast is only served in the main building. Annex building guests need to walk to the main building for breakfast, which is worth the effort. The morning sun, garbage smells, and windows facing a garbage dump make the area unsuitable for families.

لوبي صغير في المبنى الرئيس وبدون لوبي في المبنا الملحق والإفطار فقط في المبنى الرئيسي اللي ساكن في الملحق يطلع من المبنى ويروح للرئيسي وياليت الأفطار يستاهل الطلعه من الصبح في الشمس وروائح الزباله والنوافذ تطل على مكب نفايات والمنطقه كلها بارات وماتصلح للعوائل

Pleasant

The hotel's location is perfect. Close to the Galata Tower, it is easy to reach the different neighborhoods of the city quickly.

The bedding is very comfortable.

The room smelled strongly of tobacco upon our arrival and we had to leave the window open during all 3 nights of our stay.

The room seemed clean but clearly not properly cleaned as there were slippers and papers under the bed. Presence of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Also, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the breakfast was very light and not varied, served in a space that was far too small.

Very disappointed!

The location is very good. Good value for money.

The rooms are good.

For housekeeping, you have to request it and the bathroom floor is not always cleaned.

Breakfast mainly consists of raw vegetables and eggs. If you come at 9am, you have to ask if there are fruits and the pastries are for the first ones to arrive.
