I have already contacted Booking.com management to report that I was unable to check-in at the hotel. I could not locate the property, and locals informed me that it has been closed for months but still deceiving guests. I am awaiting my refund. What is the purpose of requesting a review from me? Unless I receive my refund, I will take legal action to protect my rights at an international court.

After booking and paying, I received a message saying to cancel because they are under construction. When requesting a refund, they neither respond nor return the money.

Only the proximity to Galata Tower, being 100 metres away, was a positive aspect
Extremely unclean, air conditioning was leaking excessively, causing the carpet to become wet and the room to have a foul odour, leading to mould growth
