The room was clean and tidy. Despite the extensive construction work on the street outside the hotel, we were able to sleep well thanks to the effective soundproofing. The room was equipped with a good air conditioning system.
We enjoyed the staff; they were courteous, friendly, and accommodating.
The area is pleasant, with proximity to various amenities and considered safe.
The hotel is situated on a very steep street, which may pose a slight challenge in accessing the hotel, but overall, it is manageable.

The reception staff (Murad and Deniz) were very friendly and provided a respectful and comfortable service. The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel's location is excellent, close to Galata Port and a 10-minute walk from Taksim Square.
Reaching the hotel by car is recommended.
There are a long flight of stairs to reach the hotel, and the street is uphill.
The hotel is located between branches in the Beyazit area.
