Perfectly located, and clean for the country.
A bit expensive but at least no surprises: it is well located, very quiet and soundproofed.
Maybe lacks a bit of sharpness in the overall finishes, but that's all

First thing to say is that the staff are amazing, absolutely amazing! They communicated to us and amongst themselves at an extraordinary level. They were the 'best' part of our stay in Istanbul. There are better, more up market hotels in Istanbul I'm sure, but I doubt any would come near to the level of service, attention, friendliness and local knowledge of the team at The Westist.
I would like a few more shelves for storage

The towels would need to be changed as they seemed a bit old in our room
