The location is excellent, close to the Aksaray tram stop.
The staff is excellent, especially Marion is responsive. Breakfast is good and diverse. I recommend it to everyone.
The street where the hotel is located is very narrow and noisy in the evenings.
AinurBad hotel with inappropriate rating and rude staff
Location
We were checked into a room with a view of the wall of the neighboring building, at check-in they said that the hotel is fully booked and we will be relocated. Later they claimed they never promised anything, as if they provided a clean quiet room, it's not worth expecting more.
I was outraged and left due to my own business, and when I returned, the TV in the room was turned on, even though we never touched it. Later I discovered my beige towel for the body in dirt and black spots :)
Someone entered our room while we were away and took revenge for the simple desire to get a room like in the photo. I checked out earlier than planned and brought them this towel, the administrator and some older man (maybe the owner) nervously attacked me.
In general, the worst dirty hotel, completely not matching its rating. I do not recommend it to anyone.
The woman administrator and the older man have a core of evil, they can't communicate with guests, absolutely lack problem-solving skills.
After washing my personal belongings, they decided to retaliate for me saying that I will leave a review on booking :)

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was diverse, the cleanliness was excellent, and the location was convenient.
The suite room was located on the fifth floor, it was spacious but the ceiling was a bit low which bothered me.

The hotel is located near Aksaray tram station. It is very convenient to reach the sights of Istanbul by tram. The hotel was clean and tidy. The city's cuisine was also decent. Our flight was in the evening hours and we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff for the guidance.
