Excellent value for the price. Best hotel and service for the price. The staff is extremely friendly. One of the staff members, who is Turkish, even gave us her own umbrella when it rained. We forgot to ask for her name.

The location is perfect. Near the tram, Metro, best restaurants in town and all the tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious. The roomkeeping is the best I have seen and the breakfast is very good. Thanks to the staff and Mr. Elias who greeted us with a smile when we left. The lady at the front desk who received us was an Arab and was particularly welcoming. I will definitely come back.
