We were very warmly welcomed from the airport with a luxurious transfer to the hotel. Especially Murat bey was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff as well. Due to a wheelchair, we were able to get a more spacious room.
The location is ideal. It only took a few minutes to reach the city center and there is a taxi stand just around the corner. Really great!
Some front desk employees were not professional and the breakfast was always the same.

Great location for our needs. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant offers a variety of choices at a reasonable price with friendly staff who are willing to assist.
I believe the breakfast choices could be improved slightly; having a toaster would take it to the next level.
