Exceptional

A friendly, comfortable, and safe accommodation.

All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. They contacted us via WhatsApp a day before our check-in date to ask if we needed transfer. When we arrived at the hotel early, we left our luggage and went out; it was a very nice gesture that our luggage was placed in our room while we were outside.

We stayed as a family and overall we were very satisfied. The location of the hotel is great.

We would also like to thank Kerem Bey especially for his attention and hospitality. We felt very comfortable. We are considering coming back again at the first opportunity.

Although the location of the hotel is great, as it is on a busy street, it can be a bit noisy at night sometimes. Other than that, everything was excellent.
