Close to tram & train.
10-minute walk to ferries and Sultanahmet attractions.
Away from congestion.
Plenty of dining places within 2 or 3 blocks.
We loved the location.
Great shower
Reception was quick to fix any issues
Wifi was weak to terrible, but did improve after some adjustments
Electronic doors were a great solution, but went off with a brief power cut.

Optimal location if you want to visit the European side of Istanbul. Cozy room, heated and equipped with kitchenette, pots, etc.
