We were very satisfied with our stay at Marcello Hotel. I would like to specially thank and appreciate Servet and Osman working at the reception. Both of them were extremely friendly, kind, professional, and helpful. They were very attentive to the guests' needs and always ready to assist.
Thanks to the warm and attentive approach of Servet and Osman, our stay was much more beautiful and enjoyable. I also congratulate the hotel for having employees who value their guests in this way. We thank them very much for their efforts, attention, and smiles. They are definitely among the most valuable employees of the hotel.
I recommend Marcello Hotel without hesitation. When we come back to Istanbul, we would definitely like to stay here again.
Everything was great, we have no complaints at all. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

Its location is beautiful but we were forcibly checked out of the hotel the day before and were transferred to another hotel, not of our choice, because there was a full group that rented the hotel
