Unhealthy, noisy, bad smells, the bathroom was really dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Proximity to services PERIOD. Pleasant neighborhood, close to public transportation.

There is a historical monument and a beautiful mosque a few minutes' walk away, and very pleasant shopping alleys. But the hotel itself is a disaster.

Unhealthy, noisy, bad smells, the bathroom was really dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes, it was advertised as a continental breakfast when it was not at all. Extremely rude young man at the reception. The mattress was stained, burned, the air conditioning was leaking onto the mattress. Barely enough space for one bed, the floor was all moldy. No cleaning throughout the stay. No door hanger to request cleaning/rest. Bath towel (1) stained and dirty, there wasn't even a mattress cover, just a cheap protection, not even a cover, just a sheet thrown on the poorly made bed and the owl was in a ball in the closet, I don't think the room had even been cleaned when I arrived. I asked at reception and the young man told me nothing could be done, we will come tomorrow, but they never came. I booked a hotel a few minutes away on the spot! Furthermore, I left my backpack in the room and did not double-lock the door, and when I returned the lock was double-locked...

I will not come back.

The minimum is not there. The room is on the same floor as the reception. There was constant traffic and noise all night. I had to ask for a check out at 12:30 instead of 11am because I couldn't sleep. The bedding is uncomfortable. The room lacked cleanliness. I just wanted a clean place for the night. After paying the price I paid, it's not acceptable.

When we arrived at the place we waited for registration, we waited for a person for 30 minutes... after that it turned out that the rooms were for two people, without this being written anywhere in the conditions they provided, which was expected since there were many people with claustrophobia and we are also claustrophobic... We refused to change the rooms and they were rude to us, we refused to give us the manager's phone number to talk to him and we refused to refund the money without us using the rooms.

We were forced to search for another hotel at the last moment due to a very high price.

It is impossible to have a hotel with rooms without windows and this is not advertised to you in your platform.

Disgusting attitude of the registration clerk's wife, who speaks hardly understandable English at their facilities and with a rude behavior because she thinks, that as we are from abroad, nobody can do anything about it.

This happened to us for the first time in Turkey, which is known for its hospitality throughout the holiday.
