A superb location that deserves the name of castle, decorated and stylized with taste, I was pleasantly surprised!
I would gladly return anytime! All the facilities were exactly as advertised! 🤗🤗🤗 The staff was outstanding, we thank them for all the kindness, smiles, and warmth with which they greeted us every time we returned to the hotel!

Convenient location. Beautiful view from the terrace, responsive staff, especially Elchin. Varied breakfast.
Smell of dampness and stuffiness from the bedspreads. High prices for food and services at the hotel. On the 1st day, there was a cockroach from the ceiling and it soiled the clothes. It was not allowed to have 1 visitor for an hour, even for an additional fee

Everything was excellent! Thank you so much to the hotel staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and generous.
The breakfast was wonderful as well, and the Turkish coffee was absolutely amazing!
The hotel's location is simply perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Before we left, the hotel staff also surprised us with a lovely complimentary treat and treated us to fresh fruit. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and we truly appreciated it!

The staff were really helpful and friendly and were very welcoming. They went out of their way for us. There was a restaurant downstairs and we were given a discount in the restaurant. The food was really nice, and they tailored breakfast to our taste.
They didn't mention beforehand that we had to pay in cash, so when we got there, I had to go to a cash machine to withdraw euros and there was a 10 percent transaction fee, so I ended up being charged more by the bank. Also, it is called the Ottoman Lounges, not Old Ottoman Castle. It took a while for the driver to find it.
