The location is excellent, close to all stations, mosques, and various tours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tea service available all day free of charge.

Excellent value for money. I just needed to stay one night between flights from IST Airport. There is a Havaist - 12, Aksaray bus stop nearby. The journey to and from the airport took 50 minutes (there was no traffic) at night and in the morning. The rooms are small, the plumbing is old, but everything is clean. There is air conditioning. Check-in is available 24/7. There is no kettle, but there is a boiler with hot water at the reception.
There was a fridge, but it was not working. The room condition is stuffy. Did not find a socket near the bed.
There is a mosque nearby, and in the morning, there is a loud prayer waking you up.
