Good if only for 1-2 days. Price and quality match.

The staff is polite. Not far from Taksim. There is a washing machine. Clean bathroom, although very small. This is the only thing I liked.

Noisy. Even at night, you can hear voices of neighbors, upstairs neighbors walking, and it really disturbs those who are sleeping.

Awfully tiny room. Price and quality match if only for a couple of days. We booked for 5 days. Extremely tiny. The photos are nicely edited. The walls are very thin, so every conversation of neighbors in the yard is audible. The Wi-Fi did not work all the days of our stay, only started working right before check-out.

Budget-friendly, compact, and tilted room

The accommodation featured a distinct bedroom and lounge area, ensuring a cosy stay. Additionally, breakfast was provided.

The windows lacked adequate insulation, allowing in street noise and drafts. Moreover, the staircase and entryway were quite narrow. A water leak had damaged the ceiling in the living room above the kitchen, and the whole room felt slanted and uneven.

Overall impression: We stayed at these apartments three years ago and were delighted, so we decided to return.

✅ Pros

Staff: very friendly, responds quickly to all requests and issues.

Location: extremely convenient, close to the city center. It's possible to walk every day, the street itself is very beautiful.

Assistance with luggage: despite the lack of an elevator, the staff helps carry things to the floor.

❌ Cons

Technical condition: the apartments definitely need repairs. The toilet was not working upon check-in, which was simply unpleasant after a long journey. It was repaired several times during the stay.

Kitchen equipment: no one monitors the kitchen inventory. There is no basic set for cooking, many things had to be requested (due to translation difficulties, not everything was provided).

Lack of workspace: if you plan to work on a computer, consider that there is no convenient space for this.

Furniture and visual appeal: the sofa was worn out, visually the interior has deteriorated significantly compared to the previous visit.

Exceptional

The hotel is clean, the staff is always ready to help, the room is warm and has everything necessary.
