Excellent location, close to all attractions, stops of public transport. The host arranged a transfer to/from the airport, very grateful, as taxis in Istanbul are a challenge. Cozy, small room, everything is there, air conditioner worked, Wi-Fi, bed didn't squeak. Cleaning was done without reminders, every day.

Local color in the yard was very interesting, but sometimes noisy. There is a railway nearby, trains are not frequent, but I recommend taking it into account. I read reviews, so I brought earplugs and it was fine.

Местный колорит во дворе, это, конечно, было очень интересно, но иногда шумновато. Рядом ветка ж/д, поезда не один за одним, но движение было и рекомендую это учитывать, я читал отзывы, поэтому запаслись берушами и было ок.

Best price in Istanbul

I recommend. The room has air conditioning which is useful in the summer, also a Smart TV and a refrigerator. The only downsides are the lack of balcony or terrace and the small room size. The building appears new and the location is ideal. Free parking is available, although sometimes children play football or lean against cars. However, I observed expensive cars parked there with no issues.

Insufficient

The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque.

We were on the fourth floor, and the sound of seagulls all night was unbearable. We did not receive any information about the accommodation's Wi-Fi, and although the people around were very friendly, they made a lot of noise late at night. There were only 4 hangers, the floor had dampness, and there was nowhere to hang the towels.

Everything was good but they didn't fix the network problem during the days we stayed.
