Despite the fact that the woman manager was very polite and asked to rate 10 points, I still decided to write everything as it is. During my entire stay, cleaning was never done in the room, a part of the shower door was broken and did not close completely, so after taking a shower, water was everywhere. My hands got bitten by some bugs. My room was located on the second floor, and as I understood, the staff lived on the first floor. Every evening and morning the staff talked very loudly, almost shouting. I couldn't fall asleep calmly. In the morning, I woke up from their screams. The soundproofing is terrible in the hotel. If someone finds it important to relax after long walks, this is not the place. I often come to Istanbul, but this is my first such experience. I definitely won't be booking this hotel again and won't recommend it. The location is good, but that's the only thing that pleased me. Otherwise, disappointing.
