Great staff but poor hygiene

Staff was excellent with great service.

Because of location and swimming pool, I gave this rating, otherwise not very happy.

Location was very good, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Swimming pool was my primary requirement, and it is very good (no baby pool).

They have two hotels on different streets, and only one has breakfast facility. So, if you end up reserving the other hotel, it's a hassle in the morning to go to another hotel just for breakfast.

Stayed there for 3 nights, but no cleaning services provided even after requesting a couple of times (could be the cleaning team's fault).

Family room was only half functional; only the outside room AC was working.

TV wasn't working.

Excellent location and respectful staff.

Their internet connection is very weak.

Breakfast needs more variety and options.
