The area to visit the entire historic center of the city is perfect, close to tram T1 (15min walk) and to connect with more lively neighborhoods on the same line. The room is perfect, comfortable bed, complimentary water, and adequate bathroom. Breakfast is simple but acceptable, perhaps fresher could improve the experience incredibly. I would return to the hotel if we go back to Istanbul, very friendly staff and good value for money.
The bed only had a fitted sheet and a quilt, missing bed layers, we called and they fixed it for us but we thought that the next day they would make the full bed and they left it like that.
The neighborhood, although lively during the day, is empty from 9 pm, although very safe. This should be taken into account if looking for nightlife. Connections to the airport by bus or further metro, and with luggage, could be difficult, I think a taxi to the nearest stop would be necessary at least.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Boss Hotel Sultanahmet. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The cleanliness in the hotel and the rooms was excellent. We were particularly impressed by the central location, the Kapalıçarşı (Grand Bazaar), and many other sights that can be easily reached on foot. The hotel is a clear recommendation for all those who want to explore Istanbul. I will gladly come back!
