The hotel staff was not inclined to offer assistance with luggage, however, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff the following day was very accommodating.
There were no amenities such as shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Our experience at White Pearl Apart Hotel was fantastic. The room is a 10: super clean, organized, and truly complete in its facilities (offers all the necessary apartment infrastructure for a comfortable stay, with a well-equipped compact kitchen). The location is privileged, being very close to the main tourist attractions of Istanbul (such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia), as well as being close to the Metro station next to the Hippodrome, which greatly facilitated our transportation around the city. In addition, it is located in the central area of the city, with all kinds of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. My wife, our daughters, and I felt at home and loved the atmosphere. The great differential, without a doubt, was the quick communication with the team/besides the 24-hour reception service (very helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay). Maximum score in all aspects!!! We will definitely come back on another occasion!!! We recommend with total confidence!!!
