The owner promptly refunded my money very quickly.
I do not know if the fault lay with this hotel or Booking.com. If it's the latter, I apologise for the negative review. I would like to mention that I received a swift refund by 'the hotel' for a night I never spent there as the hotel was not yet open. However, the one-star rating reflects the time wasted searching for the hotel, the dark location, absence from google maps, and the delayed response to a phone call. The entire experience was extremely frustrating after an international flight. However, if this premature listing is solely Booking.com's error, they should delete this review. It would be unjust to give the hotel a one-star rating before they even open.
